Roxanne Hale Pop ![]() Roxanne Hale is a Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter and producer. Born and raised in Wyoming, Hale left for Boston at seventeen to attend Berklee College of Music. After graduating she relocated to Austin, Texas and fronted a band showcasing her moody, introspective, pop-rock compositions that were a welcome alternative to the blues and roots rock that dominated the city in the early 90’s. Influenced by everything from Suzanne Vega and Kate Bush to jazz standards by Duke Ellington and Cole Porter, she performed at the South By Southwest Music Festival and numerous local venues.
